Hell hath no fury like a woman sleep-deprived. Rest can boost anybody's mood, but several notorious sleep disruptors come from hormones, health concerns and diseases that affect women more than men. While it stinks--at least in the short term--that we lose an hour of slumber when the clock springs forward, you can choose to take the long view and focus on the solutions to women-specific sleep issues.
