We know you are being bombarded with information about COVID-19 and are dealing with the new realities of social distancing—including limited trips to the grocery store, less time spent bonding in person with family and friends, and the loneliness and anxiety you may be feeling as a result.

One issue on our minds is handling doctor's appointments during this time. Joseph Khabbaza, MD, a pulmonologist at Cleveland Clinic, told us this: "We would recommend, for the time being, cancelling all non-essential in-person doctor's appointments. This advice holds especially true for those older than 60, but I would advise anyone to avoid healthcare facilities unless truly needed."
