The Holiday Foods that Are Actually Good for You
Self-love is in fashion this holiday season, and we’re getting on board this train. The days of torturing yourself and feeling endless guilt over indulgences are long gone – there’s no point to enjoying yourself if the next day's guilt is going to hammer your self worth.

Beating yourself up about your choices completely takes away from the pleasure of the experience. What’s key is to be aware of yourself, live presently, and to always be able to ask yourself, will I regret this tomorrow, or will this be a source of enjoyment? Live in the moment, accept your body, and remember – there are some holiday foods that are actually good for you.
