When working toward a healthier lifestyle, banishing bad habits is as important as promoting the good ones.  Though it can be a little more challenging, it’s always a good idea to periodically go through and pinpoint the bad habits you can eliminate, and check-in on which previously-banished habits may be creeping back into your life. Here, our About.com Health experts share some of our best tips and tricks to help you decide what to give up, and make a plan that works for you.  I recommend that you choose something that feels do-able for now, and perhaps try omitting another unhealthy habit in a few weeks or months.  Little by little, you’ll create a lifestyle that allows you to live healthier, happier, and longer!
