Study: Does This Fruit Prevent ED?

Well, there's certainly no harm in eating more of these. Harvard University and Britain's University of East Anglia collaborated on a brand new study of more than 25,000 men which suggests certain nutrients found in berries and citrus can lower the risk of erectile dysfunction. Study author Professor Aedín Cassidy noted that while these nutrients, called flavonoids, are present in just about all fruits and vegetables, berries and citrus have particularly high concentrations of flavonoids that improve blood flow. You can find 'em in strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, cherries and citrus products.

Study: Poor Sleep Comes With a Big Price

Among senior citizens, poor sleep – think multiple interruptions per night – may raise the risk of stroke by as much as 27 percent, according to a new Canadian study of 315 adults. The thing is, that's just the latest entry into an enormous body of research that's shown insomnia can increase the risk of stroke, Alzheimer's disease, depression, heart failure, and chronic pain. If your sleep is unsatisfactory, it's a big problem. Don't just put up with it – start making these changes.
