We all know that exercise is important for overall health, but we don’t always know how to make an exercise habit stick, particularly when we have busy schedules pulling us in different directions. Because this week is National Exercise With Your Child Week, it’s a perfect time to examine your family’s exercise habits and make some healthy (and fun!) changes.  Finding an activity (or a few active habits) that you and your family enjoy together can start your children off with fond memories and a healthy attitude toward fitness, it can help you to stay in shape and live a healthier life, and it can bring you all closer as a family—an all-around win!  This newsletter brings some of our top resources for family exercise to help you get active and stay active in a way that you’ll all enjoy.
