Whether we're handling childcare or eldercare, women—at least many women—tend to take on caregiver roles. In a sense, the health problems of our children, parents and partners become our own. What's more, additional caregiving responsibilities can trigger new health issues, such as sleep deprivation.

Taking Care of Other People's Health Problems
Some 65,000 Americans act as caregivers, and chances are, you're one of them. So what are you doing for National Family Caregivers Month?
