Welcome to Our 7-Day No Equipment Fitness Challenge!
From lowering your blood pressure to bolstering your musculoskeletal system, exercise is essential to your health and wellbeing. But what's the safest way to get started?

This fitness challenge is designed to offer you a quick and simple way to work out at home in just 10 minutes. In trying to stay strong during these stressful times, structure helps, but simplicity is key.

We'll help you target all the major muscle groups over the course of a week, without all the pressure of trying to cram everything into one day.

You'll also get helpful tips from Tara Laferrara, CPT, an expert trainer and member of the Verywell Fit Review Board.

Here's the plan:
  Day 1: Core
  Day 2: Glutes and Hips
  Day 3: Chest and Back
  Day 4: 10-Minute Cardio Walk
  Day 5: Legs
  Day 6: Arms and Shoulders
  Day 7: Stretching

This will give you a complete and effective total body workout that you can repeat week after week to feel stronger and healthier.

Thank you for joining us! You will receive your first workout tomorrow. Get ready!
