Do you ever think you just don't have any more to give? Are you emotionally exhausted? Do you feel cynical and hopeless?
Those are just a few signs that you might be experiencing burnout. High levels of chronic stress combined with a sense of feeling stuck can lead to burnout.

Burnout is a serious issue that can cause a variety of emotional, social, and physical problems in your life if things don't change.

And taking a one week vacation or attending a 30-minute seminar on stress relief isn't going to fix it. Instead, it's important to create some bigger changes in your life.
